Carents House Bed & Breakfast - Montacute

This place is situated in a fantastic location right near Ham Hill ancient settlements, the charming village center, and beautiful surroundings.

Hotel overlooked garden and the room was clean. The staff were affable, thanks to them everything was great. Their food was superb with a huge variety of meals.

The room was reasonably spacious and delightful with a large comfortable bed, had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was wonderful and sensational with a great selection of meals.

Stayed here for 7 nights and appreciated our choice. We had a clean room, also there were a balcony and a kitchenette area. Location: the hotel was close enough to beautiful church, Montacute and the centre of Montacute. Everything was great and exceeded all expectations. Our room was spotless and had the bonus of a balcony and kitchenette. the hotel's location was perfect, being in close proximity to the beautiful church in Montacute and the town center. our experience far surpassed our expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at Carents House in Montacute. I was visiting my sister in hospital and needed to stay over. The location was fantastic with stunning views of the village from the hill behind the church. The veranda was lovely and we enjoyed an evening meal outside. The extra space with a bedroom, sitting room, and balcony was a great bonus. The fridge and microwave helped keep costs down. Breakfast was delicious, with the personal touch of it being brought to our dining room. The friendliness of the owners and the central location near the pubs and beautiful church made it even better. Highly recommended!

We loved the spacious and comfortable accommodation with beautiful views from the balcony. the breakfasts were delicious and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Great location with a pub and convenience store nearby.

Felt like being home, no complaint.
